Terms of Service1. Agreement:
By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.2. Right to refuse:
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason.3. Payment:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion.4. Revisions:
Major changes are allowed only during the sketch and lineart stages (up to 5 revisions). Additional changes or revisions after approval of a stage may incur extra fees.5. Usage rights:
Commissions are for personal use only. This includes personal display and sharing with credit. Commercial use requires a separate agreement.6. Deadlines:
Deadlines must be discussed before acceptance of the commission and may include an additional fee.7. AI / NFT usage:
Artwork may not be used for NFTs or AI training under any circumstances.8. Refunds:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has begun.9. Client responsibility:
Clients must provide clear references and information needed to complete the commission.
